Being married to an avid hunter who considers the quality of hunting when putting in for Air Force bases, I have grown to love the &quot;freezer dilemma.&quot;  We just moved to Colorado from Alaska and have a freezer full of caribou, Kodiak black-tail deer, moose, and in a few hours, antelope (he&#039;s on his way home from a successful hunt!).   While I enjoy fried food as much as the next person, I am thrilled to see some healthy and really yummy (and pretty) looking recipes on your blog.  I think the antelope medallions with polenta and gorgonzola will be the first one I try!  Thanks for sharing!]]></description>
